As part of a new collaboration with ВідНОВА:UA, the 3,14BAN team created unique upcycled objects — facilitation session cubes. We transformed used banners into lightweight, durable, and visually striking cubes that serve as meaningful tools for interactive dialogue. During the sessions, the cubes will be passed around — symbolizing openness, mutual respect, and equal participation.
This project is not only about functionality, but also about aesthetics and values. Each cube is one of a kind, preserving a visual fragment of past events. By upcycling banners, we avoided the disposal of a large amount of material and gave it a new purpose — to bring people together around topics like sustainability, communication, and collaboration.
We are grateful to the ВідНОВА:UA team for their trust and shared vision of an ecological approach in every detail. This case once again proves: even banners that have fulfilled their original purpose can be turned into useful, beautiful, and meaningful objects. And we’re always happy to bring such ideas to life again.
